Marketing & Communications
Purpose: Promote everything ECC is doing.

- Create flyers and graphics
- Promote events and initiatives
- Manage announcements
- Share community success stories
Key Duties / Examples
Post event promotions, Schedule social media content, Create graphics
Ideal Members: Creative & socially active members
Sponsorship & Partnerships
Purpose: Bring resources into the collective.
Core Responsibilities
- Build relationships with businesses
- Secure sponsors for events
- Partner with nonprofits and schools
- Recruit guest speakers
Key Duties / Examples
Outreach, Partnership proposals, Ex: Local banks sponsor workshops
Ideal Members: Connected & business-minded
Finance & Fundraising
Purpose: Manage money and fundraising programs.

- Track donations and budgets
- Manage the Eastside Blessing Fund
- Organize fundraising campaigns
- Provide transparency reports

Events & Gala Planning
Purpose: Create memorable community events.

Business Symposium & Education
Purpose: Provide education and empowerment.

Mentorship
